In air travel, ground handling (airport ground support work) is indispensable for a comfortable flight, but our mission is to provide in-aircraft cleaning and provide safety and security to our customers. is.

Our company, which was founded in 1964 and started ground support services at Haneda Airport in 1975, renewed its management system with the appointment of my president in 2008, and with various thoughts. The company name was changed to “Tokyo Operation Partners”.

One of my thoughts was to help ANA, the outsourcing agency, from below by helping to create an environment in which airplanes can fly reliably.
Initially it was part of domestic flights, but now it is responsible for in-flight cleaning of all ANA Haneda flights including international flights, as well as the work of various domestic and overseas airlines including code share flights. It was
I believe that the achievement of this kind of growth is a testament to the fact that we have adhered to the stated principles.

We would like to take advantage of the human resources development know-how, including the cleaning technology and the employment of foreigners, which we have cultivated over many years, and we would like to move into a new field.

We do not have many opportunities to contact customers directly in the aircraft cleaning business, but we are a service business based on the spirit of hospitality. What is important is just people.
We believe that improving the quality of our staff is directly linked to our competitiveness as a company.
We have established a specialized department for staff education and training to constantly improve our technical capabilities.

Japan in the future needs to further strengthen its globalization of human resources.
We have been actively hiring foreigners since 2008. Starting from China, Vietnam, Nepal, Mongolia, and other foreign nationals working at our company have a nationality of about 20 countries.
We have also been certified as a registration support organization for “specific skills”, which is a status of residence newly established in 2019.
In the future, we will further enhance our in-house school for foreign staff.
